Yes! Every new client gets a free 30-minute consultation. We can conduct this in person or via video call. This consultation will assess your goals and figure out the best plan for you.
Can I train online if I travel a lot? +
Absolutely. My online coaching program is designed for busy people, frequent travelers, and folks near and far. As long as you have a phone and basic equipment (or even just your bodyweight), we can make it work.
How quickly will I see results? +
Most clients start noticing changes in energy and strength within 2–3 weeks. Visible physical changes typically happen in 6–8 weeks with consistent training.
Do I need to follow a strict diet? +
Informing me of your nutrition can aid in our approach to your training. Being honest about your eating habits will help me create a plan that fits your lifestyle.
Can I pause or cancel my plan? +
Life happens. You can pause your plan with 7 days' notice, and cancel anytime after your first month with no penalty.
